If you’re curious what combat sports and self-defence mean or you would simply like to practice some sports, we’ve got something nice to offer. Grzegorz Adamczyk, a kickboxing champion and Krav Maga expert, knows how to put you on sports track. The programme includes amongst others: strengthening, stabilising, endurance exercises, trainings with elements of kickboxing and self-defence training with Krav Maga elements.
Osada Chłabówka neighbours on one of the most beautiful hiking trails in all of the Tatra Mountains. It starts in Jaszczyrówka and leads into the Olczyska Valley (Dolina Olczyska) between Nosal and Kopieniec. On the southern part, its western branch touches the Wielka Królowa Kopy Range, whereas the eastern part is adjacent on the Kopa Magury Mountain. The trail takes you towards the Gąsienicowa Pasture (Hala Gąsienicowa) where climbing trails of the High Tatra begin.
If skiing is your cup of tea, the neighbourhood offers you a whole range of ski resorts: in Murzasichle – the Murzasichle Ski Station, at the foot of the Nosal Mountain – the Nosal Ski Complex, in Małe Ciche – the Małe Ciche Ski Station.
On chosen days, we also organise various acitivities and workshop in the scope of holistic relaxation for both body and mind (e.g. relaxation workshops, motor acitivities, breathing trainings) or even few days’ theme camps.
